I'm never up in the morning. But the sunny side eggs are right on. Can't quite read the rest of it.

There's a breakfast that I eat at a restaurant that has the same name! Morning Glory.

Found these morning glory's in a Chinese food shop at the weekend!
I've watched Luke Nguyen cook with them in his Vietnamese series. They are also known as Water Spinach. I managed to track down the recipe here:

Water spinach tossed with ginger and preserved bean curd (rau muong xao chao)
The photo translates as much as : one half pound proprietary blend (presumably ground beef, but it could add pork, veal, or others), apple wood thick-smoked bacon, sunny side up egg, pretzel bun, lettuce, tomtato, and onion. There appears to be cheese and fries involved, but are out of frame.

You didn't! I called myself that name on-line back in 1995 for two reasons: I love the flower and it features in zen poems which I also love. I'm well aware of the other meaning!

I like the other meaning too....
. Its just that I rather wanted to call my food blog (to be) by that name but it really isn't a good idea or I would get unwanted customers.
