Thats a difficult one. Proably the footprint of a very large frying pan, and it is about 12 inches high perhaps? Probably the same as a deep fat fryer.

I'm thinking that, whilst it might be good for chips you wouldn't be able to do other deep fried things such as those covered in batter... I see you mention sausages - but I grill those under my little counter top grill (so no fat used). What other things do ypu cook in it that you would normally fry?

You can do chops, and you can do things like chilli, and bolognese if you want. Scampi as well. Chicken drumsticks.
