    @Shermie why don’t you give it a try?
    Try making a starter first. Equal weight of water and bread flour. About 100g each. Stir, cover it.
    Next day add another 100g of water and flour. Then next day disguard 100g starter and add 100g water and 109g flour and repeat for 10 to 12 days. You will notice bubbles after 2 days and more each day. Then we can move on to the bread.

    I look forward to seeing it. I made some bread too today, which I have yet to cut into. Not sourdough but rye, linseed, spelt. I will post it up tomorrow. :okay:
