Sea beans salad (Deniz Borulcesi)

A classic Turkish meze served with seafood and raki, one of my favorites when I'm in Turkey for summers!
Ingredients:
- 100 g sea beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Trim to remove the tough woody parts of the lower stalks and give it a light wash to remove any grit.
- Blanch the see beans in boiling water for a few minutes.
- Cool the samphire in iced water and set aside in a serving bowl.
- Combine the olive oil, chopped garlic and the lemon juice in a bowl
- Drizzle the sauce over the samphire or sea beans and mix well.
