It's the first time I've been part of a forum..so please do bear with me. I must say Im not a keen cook although I am trying to learn to cook things that are enjoyable rather than just...edible. I got a tagine dish it is a "Mason Cash tagine casserole"(in case that means anything) It says it is oven safe but not hob safe..so I really I am very confuse as to how to use it.
I would appreciate any advice and/or not too complex recipes.
