Egg and prawn salad for presentation.

But I had a surplus of sauce so it ended up like this....

However today was pad prik gaeng gai with rice.
Although mine was a carry out without rice....

For information the price was Bht 40.00 each (about US$ 1.10).

The sauce was the removed egg yolk from the hard boiled egg mixed with a little tomato puree, mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce and ground black pepper. Some cucumber would have been nice but I only had pickled.
 
I'm not a fan of avocado either. I have one in the fridge left over from my veg box, and I can't even give it to the dog :(. I might have to pluck up courage.....
I can eat them - its just not a favourite thing and I don't like too much. I find if they are cut with sharp bitter tastes (lime, grapefruit) and/or hot chillies they are better!
