What is the next recipie you are going to try?

I still want to try something with Guinness and Classic33 has provided maybe 66 recipes that call for the it. Someone got tired of seeing the Guinness around and drank the single Guinness I had left to use in my cooking.
Besides a Guinness recipe, I would like to try something from the Cooking Challenge.
 
I want to try dal baati churma. It's a traditional dish from Rajasthan. I have downloaded the recipe and I will cook it tomorrow. This is the first time I will be trying this recipe. Though I have eaten dal baati churma many times but have never tried making it at home.
 
I still want to try something with Guinness after all these months and then I want to use cabbage in a new dish especially because it's the ingredient for The CookingBites Recipe Challenge. This is also me canvassing for support for said Challenge,so please get involved everyone.
