Yes, winner winner pecan dinner! These chopped pecans were a nice touch to the diabetic friendly carrot cake I made for our nephew's pregnant wife who has to watch her sugar until after the baby is born. Yes, they do look very similar to walnuts but in my opinion taste much better. I know not everyone agrees on that...
