I love to try different things as I travel, and one of the things I have come to realize is that Sheep and Goat cheese are very different around the world.
So what is your favorite, and is it localized or easily available anywhere?
I have a few favorites , not least the brown Goat cheese from Norway, both the spread called Prim and the hard cheese.
