What is you favorite Goat and Sheep cheese and where do you find it?

I love to try different things as I travel, and one of the things I have come to realize is that Sheep and Goat cheese are very different around the world.
So what is your favorite, and is it localized or easily available anywhere?

I have a few favorites , not least the brown Goat cheese from Norway, both the spread called Prim and the hard cheese.

You can purchase Geitost in UK supermarkets, but it is definitely one of those acquired tastes... luckily when I wasn't allergic to dairy, I liked it! tastes much better in Norway though than it does over the in the UK
