Mine would be flan, but only if done right, which is getting rare for me to find nowadays. The ones I get to buy now are usually too soft, too sweet, etc. The last time I had one that was close to perfect was when I was still young, but even the slightly below average ones I got now are still good because the dish itself has a good amount of room for error anyway.
