Yes - I'd never seen you use it in a recipe though. Its really rather different from dried.

I've only bought it fresh once and that was the time that I took the picture. It was a long time ago and I cannot remember how I incorporated it into a dish.

I typed turmeric but somehow ginger was inserted ?? I have fresh ginger on the bench ATM. I'd be a lousy cook if I've never used ginger.lol. I'm using it tonight in my Thai dressing.
