There are so many independent brewers in the UK now that even a glutton like me can't keep up. I'm prepared to accept heroic failure.
I'll drink to that! There are so many independent brewers in the UK now that even a glutton like me can't keep up. I'm prepared to accept heroic failure.

I've got a drop of that in the kitchen cupboard. We got a case of Hobson's ales recently, plus a case of Lancaster Brewery stuff.I'll drink to that!
I've got a Hobson's Dhu Stone lined up for later.
My über-favorites are German Hefeweizen wheat beers (I don't think you'd call these micro-brews) and my favorites are Augustiner, Weihenstephaner, Ayinger, Franziskaner, Paulaner, Schöfferhofer. For some reason I don't like Schneider Weisse (one of the bigger brands) which I find has a soapy aftertaste whenever I've had it.
Belgian beers are often found in my fridge too: La Chouffe, Duvel, Chimay...
