20g cooked sushi rice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 Tbsp water plus more as needed
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp mirin
Suggested flavorings/toppings (optional):
1-1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp togarashi red chilli...
