In use with sushi kushi.
Ingredients:
60g rice flour
20g cooked sushi rice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 Tbsp water plus more as needed
Glaze:
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp mirin
Suggested flavorings/toppings (optional):
1-1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
or
1 tsp togarashi red chilli...
Delicious thin, crunchy sheets enriched with fresh mushrooms that I chopped and added to the mixture. Rustic for sure.
