This is ingredients only based on a commercial recipe (not chemical composition). So what could this be?

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raspberry Flavoured Jam (26%), Water, Sugar, Palm Oil, Yeast, Emulsifiers (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Sodium Stearoyl-2-Lactylate, Mono- and Di-Acetyltartaric Esters of Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate, Disodium Diphosphate), Soya Flour, Salt, Thickener (Methyl Cellulose), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), Raspberry Flavoured Jam contains: Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Water, Reconstituted Raspberry Purée, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Citric Acid, Concentrated Elderberry Juice, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), Flavouring
 
Either a doughnut or a jam scone. In order of preference.
