I have another guess... was thinking about something that lead me there.... got 4 letters in it...
won't put it up yet... when are you closing this one? end of tomorrow?
Say 8:15 pm Tomorrow, for the answer going up.

Taking each ingredient in turn,

Given it says aqua rather than carbonated water, we can rule out all fizzy drinks, so it has to be something liquid that is flat.
  • so water constitutes 83%
Following on from that we have a reasonable amount of sugar (9%) which means it isn going to be sweet.
  • fructose, glucose, maltose, sucrose, galactose
Fibre comes as the next ingredient at 3% which is known as E460!

Ash
comes in next without a % but is between 3% and 1.1% going by ingredient concentrations.

Amino acids
in it
  • It has 18 amino acids in it (out of 20)
  • Of these 8 are the essental amino acids that the body can not produce and has to 'consume'. histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine of which is contains all of them.
So I have a flat water based product which is sweet, has some fibre in it and contains all of the essential amino acids and 10 non-essential ones....

Preservatives come next
  • E236 which is formic acid (think ants and nettles here!)
  • E296 which is malic acid (acidity regulator)
Fatty Acids which make up less than 1% next which include
  • Omega-3 which is a polyunsaturated fatty acid group and are essential for good health
  • Omega-6 which are another family of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory polyunsaturated fatty acids
  • Both Omega-3 and Omega-6 are types of essential fatty acids meaning the body can not manufacture them and has to consume them.

Colourings are next and are all natural colours
  • E140 is Chlorophyll which is a green colour
  • E160a is Alfa-, Beta- and Gamma- Carotene and can be derived from carrots and is yellow to orange
  • E161b is Lutein and is a yellow colour
  • E161c is Cryptoxanthin and is a yellow colour
  • E161d is Rubixanthin and is a yellow colour
  • E161e is Violaxanthin and is a yellow colour
  • E161g is Canthaxanthin and is a yellow colour
  • E161h is Citranaxanthin and is a yellow colour
  • E300 is L- Ascorbic acid and is an anti-oxidant, vitamin C
  • E307 is alfa- Tocopherol which is part of Vitamin E
  • Folate is a form of a water-soluble vitamin B
  • Choline (don't know what colour!)
  • Betaine which is beetroot red
  • Phytosterols which is yellow to orange
Flavourings come next
  • 2,5-Dimethyl-4-hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone – strawberry scent (most likely)
  • 3-hydroxy-beta-damascone has a floral odour and a woody flavour!
  • 4-vinylguaiacol has a spicy, clove-like flavour
  • (Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol has a freshly cut grass flavour!
  • then it is its unripe flavour...
