Ever since I first saw these on a TV show, I've wanted to try them. Saw them again last evening and decided I want some! You can buy the premade corn arepas here at local groceries, but homemade sounds better. I'll probably make a shredded pork, with appropriate spices, filling, with black beans, cilantro, maduros, cotija cheese, guac and a crema. Has anyone had or made these?
