He baked the bread too. We had bubbly to go with, because loving someone is a reason to celebrate!
 
I'm very impressed!
Just a question; I've always had ceviche with dominantly citric flavours. How did the sour cream fit in?
In my opinion it works really well. Creme Fraiche has a higher fat content than sour cream (here in the UK) and is not quite as tangy; plus elderflower cordial is used to enhance the flavour and sweetness.
