Best lasagna recipe?

I suspect you won't have time to do this but there is a fantastic recipe here which used pulled slow roasted lamb in the ragu. If you are using meat in the lasagne, then slow cooking beef or lamb to make the ragu is a million times better than buying minced meat.

Of course, you could always make a seafood lasagne...

You just reminded me I need to make this as well. I use beef mince, I love it. I never seem to get the ratios right, too much cheese sauce or not enough. I normally make enough to freeze about 4 portions plus make a meal for myself.
