Birch Water

What is she going on about?
I know what you're thinking but whilst I was looking for something to drink, I came across Birch Water.

I can't say that I was overly impressed. I used to tap our own beech trees in spring and got a much nicer drink.

Had anyone else tried it?

I do have a birch tree... I have a feeling we had some posts about this not too long ago. Can't recall who mentioned it though.

I believe it was about birch beer. A carbonated soft drink.

This is straight birch sap. It's dilute enough as is to be drunk straight. As an idea of its sweetness, 250ml distilled water has 0 kcals in it, 250ml birch water had 8 kcals.
