Recipe bockwurst, sauerkraut and potatoes

Ingredients:
1tbsp sugar,
1 red onion (cubed),
60g/2oz bacon (cubed),
200g/3,5oz sauerkraut,
1 dash white wine,
sauerkraut seasoning: (10g/0,3oz white chocolate, 1tsp caraway seeds, salt and pepper to taste, ¼tsp instant broth),
4 hard boiling potatoes,
2 bockwurst

Serves for 2, cooking time 30 minutes.

1.wash your hands
2. Caramelize the sugar at a little bit over middle heat, when it starts to get slightly brown add bacon and onion. Let them get brown as well. Pour in the white wine, add the sauerkraut, ½ cup of water and sauerkraut seasoning, turn up the heat to ⅔.
3. Peel the potatoes, put them in a pot of salted water and let them cook until they're ready. Put the bockwurst in a pot of boiling water, let them simmer there until the potatoes are done. Serve it with mustard and enjoy the meal. Stay healthy.

A colleague of mine suggested it to me, I was surprised as well and then I tried it. The white chocolate gives the sauerkraut a round feeling. Stay healthy
