Recipe Buttermilk Pie

I've got a load of buttermilk in the fridge and I don't know what to do with it.
Would you eat this pie with something sweet, or something savoury?

It's a dessert type pie so it follows dinner.

Buttermilk Pie

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (I used 1 Tbsp spiced rum...)

Bake at 350°F/175°C until done, around 40 min.
