Cajun Crab Boil

I'm from the south, and this is used in a lot of the recipes down here. I was wondering what are some of the recipes people might like to use Cajun crab boil for other than gumbo or crawfish? Both are nice, but I'm sure there's lots of stuff to eat out there using this.
