Can I store dough?

I'm making ravioli tonight and I already made the dough, but I don't KNEAD it yet :)banghead:)Can I keep it wrapped on the counter, or in the fridge, or.....?
 
Go ahead and knead, then flatten to a disk and wrap with plastic wrap. If the dough has egg, definitely refrigerate. If it doesn't and your house is cool, you can leave out on counter.

I often make dough early in the day and let it rest. Remember to take it out of refrigerator at least 30 minutes before using so it can come up to room temp.
