You're suggesting closing the grill? I haven't been able to find any recipes at all for cooking green onions on the George foreman grill, but anything thin won't cook evenly with the grill closed…? Do you actually have experience with a George Foreman grill, or are you just tossing out a cooking suggestion to end the thread, LOL?

Yes, I do have experience cooking with a George Foreman and am confident that this method will work.
