It's hard to make this into a formal recipe because it's celeriac and a few spices. That's all.
Ingredients
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Celeriac
Sumac
Urfa Biber
Oil
Method
- Remove the skin off the celeriac using a knife and cut the chips about 1cm × 1cm top to bottom of the celeriac. It works as a handy 'guide' to the length of the chips.
- Toss the chips in oil (I use a sealable plastic bag, season and add ½-1tsp of sumac and the same again of urfa biber.
- Heat your airfryer to 200°C and cook the chips for 15-20 minutes, tossing part way through.
