Charcoal rotisserie lamb and chicken....

tomorrow is Sunday with my family dinner here. My daughter had her birthday Wednesday and when it's your birthday you get to choose starter, ( never called an entrée) lol. She chose charcoal and a chicken done on my rotisserie pit. I'll post pics tomorrow. Sides are hasselback potatoes with cabbage cooked in butter with bacon. And a mash of carrots pumpkin and parsnip. Oh, and the starter is chicken croquettes. She's bringing a lemon cheesecake. Can't wait.
