I'm not sure what this meal is called my mom never gave it a title she just calls it her chicken and rice meal, but I wanted to share it with you guys. I made it last night and was so pleased from the reaction I got from my family, I thought why not share it. Now I don't use measuring cups, I just go with instincts.
- You need a clean glass pan
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb chicken wings- season to desired taste
- Put 1 cup of water into the pan with season chicken
- Cover with foil
- Cook for an hour, until fully done
- Prepare pot of white rice, measure by the amount of family
- Mix in one can of cream of chicken and one can cream of mushroom (Campells is best). Do not worry about the chicken breaking you want the chicken to fall apart.
- Re-cover chicken with foil and place back into the oven for 20 min
