You ever had Iowa pork sandwiches? Yummy! I use pork tenderloin slices and I butterfly it, pound it, bread it, and fry it. No, but it surely sounds like that, doesn't it? It's just hammered out with a mallet or something. I never thought about it, but wonder why it's called cube steak?
