Do you serve cocktails at Christmas, or do you just stick with regular drinks? We always start the day with Buck's Fizz at breakfast time. We just have a little toast and marmalade so as not to spoil the main meal, and I make the Buck's Fizz with freshly squeezed orange juice and cava. It makes a great start to the day.
