Both albums and individual images can be given comments or ratings.
Because I can see more than one image below, I know I am commenting on an album. If I want to comment on an individual image, I need to click on the image itself.
To add a comment, just type in the box.
You can comment on your own albums and images, but not rate them.
To rate an image or an album, click "Leave a rating", add the stars you give it, leave an optional comment, click Submit rating, and you are done.
The recipient receives the usual alerts, with a slight variation on the message this time.
