Oh yes, my way of cooking a turkey! I will remember that next time I am tasked with turkey prep. It sounds like a marvelous way to go. Turkey and wine go hand to hand I have always thought! You really can't have one without the other!

I went to my freezer and found two large boxes of turkey wings. We prefer the wings so maybe we can use this approach and hope the wings don't fly away as opposed to pass out.

I like to make what I like to call a "Mini Thanksgiving Dinner", by roasting just half a turkey breast, small amount of stuffing and side dishes.
It is less headaches, far less food to prepare and cleanup is a snap!!
