Cooking Pad Thai in the desert :)

Hi,
I already shared my pizza setup, pizza used to be my "default dish" whenever we went on camping.
Now, after few months in the east (Thailand, Vietnam, Laos), I fell in love with the Thai food and decided to try making Pad Thai during the last camping...
It came out pretty good if I may compliment myself
