The latest version can always be found by clicking on the Terms and rules link at the bottom of every page. It can also always be found by clicking on Help button at the very bottom of the page (to the right of "Contact Us" and "Privacy Policy") and then by clicking on User Guidelines and Rules which is in the list under the Cookie Usage (no, not that kind of cookie usage....
