Zucchini 500 gr (grated) approx 4
Sour Cream 3 tbsp
Eggs 2 large X
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper ground 1/4 tsp
Garlic Cloves x2
Flour 100 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Onion x1 finely chopped
Mince 250 gr
for the mince once cooked: 1/4tsp salt + Pepper 1/4 tsp
Fry for 10 minutes
Mozzarella 100 g

Grate the four zucchini so you have 500 g
Squeeze the liquid from the grated zucchini
Add the sour cream to the grated zucchini
Add the two whole eggs
Add the salt
Add the pepper
Add the garlic
Add the flour
Mix well
Oil a pan
Share the video
Add the onion
Add the mince
Add the salt + the pepper
Oil the pan
Add zuccini mixture to make a pancake/cover the cooking surface of the pan
Spread out
Cook for 5 minutes
Add mince to half
Add some cheese
Subscribe
Fold the clear half over the filled half
Cook for a few minutes until cheese melted
