Again, start with viewing the image you want to crop. See Media Gallery - Viewing Images in the Media Gallery for a reminder.
This time you can only click the three horizontal dots on the right below the image. Select Edit image.
In the window that opens, you can crop, move, and rotate the image, as well and zoom in and out.
Click the crop icon, make your changes, then click Save or Preview. Note that your changes are permanent.
