Came across these today and thought I might try them. I'm not gluten free but I am dairy free, so given I don't have almond flour or even any ground almonds, I will substitute back to normal self raising flour and I also don't have any Grapeseed oil (actually had to look that one up), so will try with sunflower oil instead...
Dairy and Gluten Free Cookies
Ingredients:
Method:

Dairy and Gluten Free Cookies
Ingredients:
- 355g of blanched almond flour
- ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 115 ml grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 120 ml agave nectar
- 50g cup chocolate chunks
Method:
- Smoosh all the dry ingredients together into a large bowl
- Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
- Grab both bowls and mix them together!
- Form your gooey mixture into small balls (or any shape you want) and press onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake at 180°c for 7-10 minutes
- Let them cool for a bit, and serve up; easy peasy
