Dragon Riot Poultry Shears

I'm not sure who posted these things when I first joined this forum, but I thank them after snapping up a pair off Amazon that has proven to be a valuable part of our kitchen ware. These things cut the spine out of a chicken for spatchcocking with ease. The little center disk that hides the bolt cover went MIA on my pair, but that's purely cosmetic. For once, Chinesium production has exceeded my expectation.

I posted about the Dragon Riot butcher knife when SandwichShortOfAPicnic was looking for one. But it wasn't available for SandwichShortOfAPicnic to buy. But she found the Dragon Riot shears.
