My wife got her edible xmas present yesterday
A whole lamb cut up and frozen. Just enough room in the freezer. Even got lamb sausages. Dont think I've tried those before??

I make 8 jars of hot sauce and 8 jars of jam (it might be strawberry, guava or peach) and give one of each to the security guys who sit at the entrance to our neighbourhood/ urbanization/estate ( no idea what you call it!). they start asking me about it in September...
