I was in one of those experimenting mood and I did something which I normally wouldn't do. I made egg sunny side up. Till here it is fine.
After that I got 2 pieces of bread toasted. On one bread I put Jam (orange flavor for the tanginess) and on the other one butter. I then placed the egg in between and put in some mint. And that made my Sunny side up - sweet and spicy sandwich. I enjoyed it.
