so i didn’t whip the meringue enough… and same for the butter cream frosting…. also i made my own almond flour and it turned out to chunky… i will try it next time again
what does it look like to you?

I know that making meringues is one of the trickiest things to make. I've seen chefs on cooking shows have trouble getting the balance right. I'd definitely eat those. Can you share the recipe?
