Favorite Internet Cooking/Recipe Resources

I don't use a specific site. When I'm looking for a recipe, I'll scroll through lots of recipes thrown up by the search engine, and try to work out what a consensual recipe idea is. I also try to look for "authentic" recipes; ie. I wouldn't consider an AllRecipes post for Butter Chicken; I'd rather find something on an Indian website. I'd prefer Gianni Batista's recipe for salsa putanesca than Joe the super chefs.
The wonders of the internet are fantastic. You can immediately access thousands of recipes from a single search. However, I read an article the other day about the "University of Google", and was struck by the first line:
Google is “white bread for the mind”
I suppose the important thing is to be selective.
Any recipe that proclaims 'best ever" or "scientifically proven" and follows that up with 3 pages of detail on how to choose your potatoes tends to get rejected by me.

White bread... Sugar for the diabetic.
