Since we are transitioning to colder weather, I've been getting back in the routine of having oatmeal for breakfast. What are your favorite oatmeal recipes?
Some of you might think this sounds gross, but I've been adding my vegan vanilla protein mix to my oatmeal, with a tablespoon of unsalted cashews and a little Bolthouse Green Goodness smoothie as the liquid. My oatmeal is essentially green, but I think it tastes delicious!
