I don't know what pea pie n pud is, or savs and mash? I can guess that peas are in a pie for the first one and mashed potatoes in the second. What's wrong with rissoles? I can't imagine why someone would not want to eat them.

Tripe, you mean the stomach lining or the intestines? Walmart has those but different vendors call it different things.

Yeah I remember, big ole jug in your pantry. I've got a small bottle in my fridge, that'll last me a year. I'll use a tsp or so in recipes here and there.

Sometimes my hamburgers are floating in it.

Saveloys as we know them came into being in Britain sometime in the 1700's and I believe the word saveloy is somehow related to an Italian word that means 'pig brains' cos thats what they were originally made of, yum yum
