Whenever I get sick, I get a sore throat, my mother makes fereni for me
In addition to being a delicious pudding made from the combination of rice flour/starch, milk and sugar, it is also an excellent remedy for sore throat
Adapted from fereni recipe at Mealscook.com
Instructions:
1. Washing starch:
Today's starches are clean and in the packaging and open, and do not need to be washed
2. Combine the porridge ingredients:
Depending on the amount of milk required, we mix one to two tablespoons of rice flour/starch with cold milk. Note that the milk must be cold and we stir it slowly until the starch is completely dissolved. After the starch is completely dissolved, we go to the sugar and sugar. Add it and stir until it dissolves completely.
3. Add cardamom and rose water to it:
If needed, we add cardamom powder or a tablespoon of rose water to the porridge. Then we put the porridge on the stove and start stirring it until it becomes completely loose and becomes hard like a pudding. Porridge is ready and drink it.
