Fish sauce and its uses

Snap, Morning Glory. That's what I've got. And if anyone's worried about the "best before " date - I'm not. This stuff has been fermented to hell and back:laugh::laugh:

I threw away a bottle of brand new fish sauce from my sister’s house, I’m not taking food back from her house. I don’t know how long it’s been there. Also a huge jar of Himalayan salt, barely used.

I guess I’m in the throw away mode when it comes to cleaning my sister’s mess. Plus I just bought more salt too.

I've been there and understand perfectly.
When we cleaned out my parent's bungalow, after they passed, we found homemade jam from 2018, tins of fruit, peas, beans, etc from 2012, and heaven knows what else. All in the bin, bye bye!
