Today it's scones. Do you put the cream on first, or the jam on first?
Fettucine Alfredo. Is it just butter and parmesan, or does it include cream, garlic, mushrooms and chicken?
Do you like pineapple on your pizza?
Does spaghetti alla carbonara use cream? Bacon? guanciale?
Is chicken tikka masala authentically Indian, or just a Scottish rip-off of Delhi butter chicken?
Does a Caesar salad have bacon/chicken in it? And is it Italian?
Should you serve Yorkshire pudding with roast turkey?
Is it ok to put cheese on fish/seafood?
Does anyone really care, as long as it tastes good?
What are your thoughts, folks?

Someone on another forum gets really angry if you say you dip your buffalo wings in the blue cheese dressing. LOL BTW I ALWAYS do. Keep your celery for mac, potato, olive, or tuna salads.

I occasionally contribute to an Italian food thread, and some of the comments, occasionally, are just so absurd.
A true Italian on spaghetti with meatballs, for example; or putting parmesan on a fish dish!
