Foods containing Nicotine

While peeking at Instagram, I came across this post that left me puzzled: foods that contain nicotine:
Bell Peppers
Chocolate
Potatoes
Green Tomatoes
Cooked Tomatoes
Aubergines
Tomato Passata
Chilli Pepper

I had no idea!

I'm going to smoke some aubergine over this week. Far cheaper than Cuban cigars
Apart from the Cacao tree , all the other items are in the solanaceae family. Potatoes, peppers, capsicum, tomatoes, aubergines are all members of the same family.
I'm pretty sure some items also contain trace amounts of cyanide.
Well - I've been eating them for donkey's years, and I haven't kicked the bucket yet.
