Gluten Free Mac and Cheese

A potluck I attended this weekend had some very good food brought by the ladies. One was a gluten free mac and cheese, the dish was very good. Has anyone here made gluten free mac and cheese, it was the first time I had it and really I could not tell the difference.

I have heard of gluten free mac and cheese but I haven't actually attempted to make it or even tasted it. Did you perhaps get the recipe from the lady by any chance? Sounds interesting and I'd definitely want to give it a try! Thanks.
