While most people are pretty much up to speed on what constitutes gluten free foods, it can be hard to come up with recipes that are entirely gluten free. The BBC Food Gluten Free section of the website has around 3,500 gluten free recipes all collected in one place, along with lots more information for those catering for a gluten free diet.

Phil Vickery jumped on the coeliac way of life, i dont think he is one but he's made a name for himself. Anthony Demetre is well known also. I find Nigel Slater is a paleo chef really so a lot of his food works.
