A family friend, have a small goat farm, and today he gave us some liver. Which have no idea how to cook, since we never even tasted something like this before. Searching online I found most people use it to make curry and what not. But still, any suggestion would be welcome.

I would assume goat liver is like lambs liver, which is the favoured type here in the UK. We tend to fry it with bacon and onions (taking care not to overcook the liver - fry the bacon and onion first and add the liver - all of them cut into strips), and make a gravy round it with a little flour and some stock, and serve with mashed potato...

Yes, in Jamaica we will also curry it. We would also cook it in a goat soup called "mannish water." There are many versions of this recipe that you can find online. Simply google "mannish water", and choose the version that you like the most. You can also add the goat's kidneys, stomach, head, feet and testicles in the soup, but that's only if you really want to. You can just cook the soup with just goat liver. You can get most of the ingredients for making this soup and Sam's Caribbean e-store or Amazon.
